[This can be an emotionshare pc still, but I'm setting it after the meeting. Anyway, find Harrow on the beach; she's enjoying it there, even though she's still fully dressed head to toe and isn't going in the water.

Anyway, Harrow's emotions are a general miasma of like bad vibes - she tends to be stressed and exhausted and have depression energy at all times - but when she runs into White she'll greet him with fond amusement.]
