I think it's just saying to be patient. I texted Wrath and got ☠ ⏳⏳⏳, which I have to say would ordinarily make me think she was on death's door and running short on time, but based on context I suppose actually means the same as hourglass silly ghost soon.
You're right based on Avatar form, except Lust has obviously gone somewhere and I didn't think Lust as a person was likely to be represented as a green undead monster? But who knows.
Whatever it is, if they're able to text at all they're probably in control of it, but we ought not to keep bothering them.
